Welcome to the website for Advanced Orthopedic Specialists, based in Brighton, Michigan.

We provide state-of-the-art surgical and non-surgical orthopedic care to the community in a friendly and caring environment.

Our three surgical physicians, Laith Farjo, MD, Edward Loniewski, DO, and Robert Mihalich, MD, are Board Certified and fellowship-trained. We specialize in the following areas:
